Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or any other reason outside of a fault or error on our part.
Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items
We take quality seriously. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if an item is missing from your order.
If your order qualifies, we will arrange a reship of the affected item(s) at no additional cost to you. We may ask for photo evidence of the issue before processing a reship.
